Privacy Policy
Effective 8 October 2026. This policy explains what personal information KURNT (Private) Limited ("KURNT", "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through our forms or by email:
- Partner / location form: name, phone number, company or property name, city, property type, an optional Google Maps link and any notes you add.
- Contact form: name, email address, topic and your message.
- "Notify me" sign-up: email address and city.
We do not ask for payment details, identity-card numbers or passwords on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To assess a proposed charging location and discuss a partnership.
- To tell you when KURNT opens near the city you gave us, if you signed up for updates.
- To understand, in aggregate, where interest in KURNT is strongest.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Who handles it
Form submissions are relayed by a form-processing service (FormSubmit) to our email inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process your information only to deliver it to us, and may do so on servers outside Pakistan. This website is hosted by a third-party web host, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will use it only to measure aggregate visits and form submissions, and we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to pursue any resulting partnership, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Sign-ups for updates are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email KURNT.PK@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information sent to us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through the forms.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
